I wanted to write a brief summary of what I have experienced with Nu-Way. I’ve been a Real Estate Agent for several years and have never found a program that offers what Nu-Way does.

Initially, I had partnered with am individual who was going to do the leg work and I put up the money. Unfortunately, they couldn’t quite find the right situation and gave up. I took over and on the first shot submitted a property for funding and was approved for purchase.

Nu-Way purchased the home and has committed to a large renovation. The process is not easy and it is time consuming and yes at time frustrating but the ultimate conclusion is that we closed on the house, we’re in the initial stages of starting the rehab and I look forward to the resale.
